The group of Survivors then fight their way through beaches, parks, cemeteries, and the French Quarter, coming to a bridge in the middle of it being bombed by the military. On the other side of the bridge is a military helicopter about to leave. The Survivors managed to contact the military on the radio and then ran across the bridge to a helicopter pilot who took them to a waiting military cruise ship
